The "I See" App

Our app, I See, uses AI technology to provide detailed analyses of uploaded media, empowering users to:

• Capture and upload photos, videos, or audio for AI-based analysis.
• Share media from your gallery for descriptive feedback.
• Engage in conversations with AI about uploaded media.

Account Responsibilities

To access certain features, an account may be required. By registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, up-to-date information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Assume responsibility for all activity on your account.

Acceptable Use

By using the Services, you agree not to:

• Damages arising from unauthorized access, use, or alterations of your content, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are not permitted, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Noordin Inc., its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
• Your use or misuse of the Services.
• Any content you upload or share through the Services that infringes on the rights of third parties.

We reserve the right to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification, and you agree to cooperate with us in such cases.

Dispute Resolution

Arbitration Agreement:
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration under the laws of Egypt.

Arbitration Rules and Process:
The arbitration will be conducted under the Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (CRCICA) rules. Arbitration shall be held in Cairo, Egypt, unless the parties mutually agree otherwise.

Individual Claims Only:
All claims must be brought on an individual basis, and you expressly waive the right to participate in any class action or collective proceedings.

Costs:
Each party will bear its own costs unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.

Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of Egypt, without regard to conflict of law principles, and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) shall not apply. You agree that any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Egypt.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to applicable law by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent and purpose of these Terms.

Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Changes will be posted on our website and become effective immediately upon publication. Continued use of the Services indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
